Processing

  • Cutting – cutting fabric for further processing or shipping with option to add allowances, alternative roll selection with option to quarantine original roll 
  • True Metering – suggesting running through the roll before/after other operations. Based on configurable logic (first cut and / or new roll length ie less than 10m after cut) 
  • Treatment – pick a roll, cut the required quantity, transfer to the third-party, receive back into stock or send direct to customer. 
  • Pattern Books & Hangers – define the design and colourways, including the length needed.  Additional information on the layout can be added, plus the third-party (if needed) and the costs associated.  Receive back into the warehouse and put-away. 
  • Make-up & Upholstery – Manage the sales of fabric products with additional processing, whoever the third party is or whatever the process, configure the products, and their processes.
