In 2010 we started Requisite Solutions. The founders started out contracting… Yes, we were those people from the larger resellers who didn’t really work there… We didn’t like doing it and our end customers really liked how we worked and how much we cared. Because of them we thought that maybe there was a way to be a reseller with a difference. We focus on customer care and satisfaction and having a great place for our team to work.
Many of our customers come to us after having had a less then ideal experience with another reseller. They believe in Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (or had lost their faith!) but the support, business knowledge, execution and competency that they expect and require has not always been provided, and was often inconsistent.
Our experience, time served within industry and with Navision / Dynamics NAV/Business Central, has seen us take on incomplete projects, partially delivered projects or systems with alot of “fixes” and get them turned in to something which meets the original goals.
Ian is the guy who’s parachuted in to an implementation when everything is going wrong, with a speciality in performance and integration.
Having built our reputation, the experience we have means we take a different approach to projects and work. It is a standard we work to every day and one that means we genuinely do deliver.
