JOB ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Support Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support consultant looking to progress and take the next step in their career.
As well as delivering support to clients, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to get involved in consultancy on client projects – supporting and delivering on all stages of implementation/upgrade projects, as well as ad-hoc projects/work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver support to clients – troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central related issues
- Supporting existing and new client projects, including but not limited to:
- Scoping and designing requirements for clients
- Configuring solutions
- Training clients
- Supporting client system testing (UAT)
- Testing developments, document process and handing them over to clients
- Supporting at go-live, and post go-live
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV
- Previous experience providing BC/NAV support at a partner or end user
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Motivated and strong desire to grow with the role and team
